At Tea-cup Cottage, we offer a range of flexible supports for children, young people and adults. Whether you’re looking for a short stay, a day program, social experiences or specialist housing, we’ll work with you to tailor supports around your goals.

The Tea-cup Cottage Difference

At Tea-cup Cottage, we do more than provide services – we build relationships.

  • Person-centred support: We listen to what matters most to you and tailor supports around your goals, interests and routines.
  • Trusted, experienced team: Our staff bring a wide mix of skills, experience and personalities, so we can match you with the right people.
  • Fun and growth, side by side: We believe learning, independence and confidence grow best when people feel safe, respected and are having fun.
  • Flexible and solutions-focused: Life changes, and we adapt with you. We’re agile, responsive and here for the long term.

What our community says

We are seeing such a positive change in Siobhan. It is clear she has a good relationship with her carer, and she is getting out of bed, even yesterday when it was so cold. She is attentive and alert and interacting with people in a way we have not seen for some months. All credit to Teacup and your staff.

- Margaret

I didn’t realise how a little break from our family could make Sam so happy. It wasn’t just respite for us, but a little holiday for him and we are all so grateful for Teacup Cottage.

- Jo Striver

The Tea-cup team: you are all heroes in my book for taking such good care of my son, Michael. He loves going for his weekend breaks and he is so happy when he comes home to us each Monday.

- Katrina
